Monthly Rental Terms

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience, please note the following conditions:

• A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental amount is required before check-in.

• This security deposit is not an additional rental charge. It is held as a guarantee to cover:

  • Any damages to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or its contents.

  • Outstanding electricity consumption during the rental period.

  • Any unpaid cable TV and internet service charges, when applicable.

• Once the apartment has been inspected at check-out and all utility balances have been settled, the remaining refundable portion of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant, provided no damages or outstanding charges are found.

• Electricity consumption is paid by the tenant.

• Cable TV and internet services are also the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period.
