Monthly Rental Terms

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please note the following rental conditions:

• A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental amount is required before check-in.

• This security deposit is not an additional rental payment. It serves as a guarantee to cover:

  • Any damages to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or its contents.

  • Outstanding electricity consumption during the rental period.

  • Any unpaid cable TV and internet service charges, when applicable.

• Following check-out, the apartment will be inspected. If no damages are found and all utility balances have been paid, the remaining refundable portion of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant.

• Electricity consumption is paid by the tenant.

• Cable TV and internet services are also the responsibility of the tenant throughout the rental period.
